if you are unable to make your appointment , 

please give us 24 hour notice otherwise we will charge

you  50% of your missed appointment, the reason we have to do this is because when you don't show up that income to the stylist, aesthetician is gone never to be gotten back.  There is usually a lengthy cancellation list and the time slot could be filled with enough notice,  thank you .  For Clients with numerous no shows, we will require a credit card to be kept on file.
